1. Ra

The god of the sun, Ra is also one of the most worshiped and important ancient Egyptian gods. This deity was involved in the pyramid construction and the resurrection of the pharaohs. 6. Thoth

Thoth is the god of writing, magic, wisdom, and the moon in Egyptian mythology. He is the son of Ra and is also considered as his father's powerful assistant. Because of his mystical knowledge, Thoth had great assistance in the burial of Osiris. He was also the custodian of Horus when this god was a child.
